Charlotte Marie Renfro

Charlotte was raised in Garland, Texas, and from a young age was known for her warm spirit, sense of humor, and deep love for the people around her. She later attended El Centro College, where she began the journey that led her to a fulfilling and compassionate career in healthcare. For  20 years, Charlotte served as an  XRay Technician at Dallas Medical Center, a role she cherished. She loved her patients and valued her coworkers. 

Charlotte treasured life’s simple joys. She loved country music, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, and “having a good time” with her family and friends. She shared a beautiful life with her partner, Lyle Westmorland, with whom she enjoyed road trips, Harley Davidson rides, and countless home improvement projects done side by side. Their relationship was steady, joyful, and full of shared adventure, and Lyle was truly “the love of her life.” 

Charlotte is preceded in death by her father, Charles Douglas Renfro, and her mother, Bernice Mary Dean Renfro. She is also preceded by her brothers Robert Renfro and Gary Renfro, along with Gary’s wife, Joahanna Renfro. In addition, she was preceded by her infant son, Jeramy Douglas Harman, and her beloved life partner, Lyle Westmorland, whose memory remained a source of comfort and strength throughout her life. 

Charlotte is survived by her son,  Bradley Ray Renfro, and his wife,  Emerson Cox Renfro, along with their daughter, Joy Charlotte Renfro. She is also survived by her daughter,  Amber Marie Renfro, and Amber’s children,  Lillian Marie Munguia  and Eli Ray Munguia, all of whom brought immense joy to Charlotte’s life. 

She is further survived by her three brothers — Paul, Keith, and Michael Renfro — along with their respective wives and children, each holding a cherished place in her heart. Charlotte is also lovingly remembered by many family members and friends. 

She will forever be remembered as a strong, kind woman who worked hard, loved deeply, and always kept a loving heart. Her resilience, warmth, and unwavering love for her family will continue to live on in the memories of all who knew her.
