Clarence graduated from Georgetown High, becoming self employed and worked in construction and drywall. He was married to Joyce Walker on April 9, 1965. Clarence had a passion for hunting; fishing; cooking on the grill for family and friends; and was known for his green thumb and love of flowers.
He is survived by his wife Joyce Walker Noack; sisters Betty Iselt, Evelyn Robinson, and Edna Reich; a number of nieces and nephews; and loving pets, Charlie and Baby Girl. He was predeceased by parents Adolph and Malinda Noack; sister Carrie Le; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Sparkman Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 22 from 5 pm to 8pm.
Burial will be at Restland Memorial Cemetery at 11:00 AM on February 23, 2023.
