Darlene Helen Davidson

Darlene was born on August 29, 1931 in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of William Fredrick and Adelia (Wilmas) Truetzel.

Darlene attended Lutheran High School and Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

She was employed by General Title Service Corp in Clayton, MO, and Delta Airlines as a flight attendant in Chicago and Dallas.

She fell in love and married William Hall Davidson on Juy 28, 1962 in Dallas. He survives in Dallas.

She is also survived by one daughter: DeLynn A. Davidson of Atlanta, Georgia and Sarasota, Florida.

She is also survived by one sister-in-law: Jean Truetzel of St. Louis, MO, two nieces: Sharon Elitt of St. Louis, MO, and Susan Giles of Dallas, TX, as well as one nephew: David Truetzel of St. Louis, MO.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to In Touch Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia, or Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Dallas.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, located at 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
