Edward enjoyed gardening, Tai Chi, and organization. He will always be remembered for taking great care of his family.
Edward is survived by his wife Emily; his sons Jonathan and Jeffrey Fong; and brothers Victor Fong, Robert Fong, and Allen Fong.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 9 am in Sparkman Funeral Home, 1029 South Greenville Ave, Richardson, Texas 75081 with Funeral Services to follow at 10:30.
