Frances Olivia Belmares was born in Dallas, Texas on October 26, 1939 to Louis Carrillo and Linda Rivera. Frances passed away on January 2, 2019 in Garland, Texas surrounded by her family. She graduated from Crozier Tech High School in 1958. Frances met her high school sweetheart George Belmares, at Crozier Tech High School and they were married June 28, 1958. She is survived by Husband, George, three children: Donna, Anthony, Kathy, daughter-in-law, Elsie and five grandchildren: Olivia, Kaitlin, Lauren, Jonathan, and Matthew, and her sister Yolanda and nephew Vincent. She loved to read fiction books, shopping at thrift stores, attending festivals and travel – especially to Galveston and Italy. She had said her Soul belongs to Italy but her heart will always be in Texas.
