Gumbert, Helen Josephine, 82, of Richardson, Texas, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2016. A graduate of St. Mary High School, Jackson, Michigan, 1952. Beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother and future great-grandmother. Preceded in death by her husband, Michael. Survived by sisters Ginger Daly and Mary Bishop; sister-in-law Ellen Hickey; children and spouses Michael and Diana Gumbert, Jim and Melanie Gumbert, Debbie and Keith Burkhalter, Ann and Remy Tholen, Steve and Chrissi Gumbert, Julie and David Gayler; grandchildren and spouses Anthony and Christie Gumbert, Jenny Gumbert and Steve Nicar, Brooke and Anselm Ball, Alex Gumbert, Jeremy Burkhaleter, Madison Tholen, Jimmy Gumbert, Sam Gumbert, Hunter Burkhalter, Grant Gumbert, Kate Gayler, Jake Gumbert, Sydney Tholen, Luke Gayler, Halle Burkhalter and Michael Gumbert; and future great-grandchild Baby Ball. In life she was deeply loved and in death she will be deeply missed. Rosary Monday, May 9, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Sparkman Funeral Home, Richardson, Texas. Funeral mass Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 10:00 AM at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Richardson, Texas. Reception at the Church following Mass. Private interment following service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.
