Bella impacted more lives for the Lord God Almighty than people do in a lifetime. Bella helped many people grow their faith in Christ to a whole new level. Bella is survived by parents Bobby and Jennifer Tiner, loving big sister Donlyn Tiner of Richardson, TX. Bella will always be remembered as the precious baby girl who always defied the odds.
