Mr. Kim Evert Beumer, 52, of Richardson, Texas, passed away on October 26, 2014. He was born to Evert and Cynthia Sman – van den Hemel in Holland on June 9, 1962. Kim is preceded in death by his grandmother, Leopoldine Hedwig van den Hemel-Schafer. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, his spouse Leszlie D. Beumer-Gray, and a host of family and friends.
Kim earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Technical University of Delft. He worked as a Principle Electrical Engineer at Samsung, and he earned multiple patents.
He was a great husband, wonderful uncle, and a wonderful son-in-law. He will be greatly missed by all.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 12:00pm at Sparkman Richardson Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at a later date in Beneden Leeuwen in The Netherlands.
