

Lyndle Joyce (Rich) Wilcock of Garland, Texas, closed her eyes for the last time here on earth and opened them to her heavenly home on July 16, 2011. Lyndle was born on June 8, 1954 in Dallas, Texas, the middle child of J.W. and Avis Rich. She graduated from H. Grady Spruce High School in 1972. She moved to Salt Lake City, Utah with her job in the fall of 1978. On October 2, 1981, Lyndle exchanged wedding vows with Ricky James Wilcock at the Church of Christ in Salt Lake City, Utah. She moved back to the Dallas area in 1991 when her husband was transferred with his job, and she worked as an accountant. Lyndle was a faithful member of the Church of Christ and taught Pre-K through the Teen Girls Sunday School classes along with her husband. She also loved to volunteer at her children’s local elementary school, where she served on the PTA board.
Lyndle is survived by her husband Ricky Wilcock, children Zera and Angel, mother Avis Rich, brother Dale Rich, brother-in law Adam Wilcock, brother-in law Brad Wilcock his wife Corinne and children Logan, James, Rebecca and Amber, nephew Daniel Browning and wife Esther, nieces Jaimi Browning and Kyla Rich, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces and nephews and close friends. She is preceded in death by her father J.W. Rich, sister Alma Browning, mother-in-law Jean Wilcock, and father-in-law James Wilcock.
Lyndle brought joy to all of those around her. She loved to share her energy, wit, and her zest for all of her activities with her friends and family. Lyndle Joyce Wilcock lived life to its fullest and made everyone around her happier just for knowing her. Her family and friends will have a lifetime of memories to cherish and share.
