Norma Jeane Casstevens Blumn passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2011 in Garland, TX. She was born April 6, 1931 to Finis and Gladys Casstevens in Lubbock, TX. Norma was a 1948 graduate of Crozier Technical High School in Dallas, TX. She married her loving husband, John, 62 years ago on January 9, 1949. When Norma retired from Chrysler Corp in 1991, she and John moved to Sam Rayburn in southeast Texas where they lived for 15 years until recently moving back to Dallas. She is survived by her husband, John; son, Michael Blumn and wife Paula of Tyler; daughter, Donna Kiker, of Jasper; daughter, Dana Poindexter and husband John of Richardson; 7 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Sparkman Funeral Home in Richardson, TX on Friday, December 2nd at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lake Rayburn Volunteer Fire Dept.
