He was born in Lima, Ohio on May 7th, 195. Randy received a bachelor degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Randy had a career in the Marines and truck driving for Transport America. He had a passion for the Marine corp, quality of life and family.
He was survived by his children Christopher and Kevin Blankenship, grandchildren Cassandra, Douglas, and Evan Blankenship, and brother Jerry Blankenship.
A visitation for Randy will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Sparkman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1029 South Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75081. A military honors will occur Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 5:30 PM to 5:45 PM, 1029 South Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75081. A reception will occur Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Spring Creek Barbeque, 270 N Central Expy, Richardson, TX 75080.
