Sylvia Ida Levine, 90, of Dallas, Texas passed away peacefully on February 17, 2014. She was born on December 26, 1923 in Dallas, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Leon "Sonny" Levine. She leaves behind her daughters: Linda Trbovich, Julie Pierce and husband Greg, and Elaine Levine; grandchildren: Kevin Pierce and wife Robin, Marla Swett and husband Jeff, Christopher Trbovich, Jeff Swett, Wesley Trbovich, & Chad Goldberg and wife Courtney; great-grandchildren: Parker Swett, Jordan Pierce, Trevor Swett, Keaton Pierce & Clegg Goldberg; along with many other loving family members and friends. Sylvia loved life, as well as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and for 35 years she was a bookkeeper at Temple Emanu-El. She will be greatly missed by all. The family would like to send a special thanks to all of the nurses at Signature Pointe on the Lake. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 2:00PM in Sparkman Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rabbi Knight officiating the service.
