He retired from Inland Steel, then moved to Garland Texas where he resided for 25 years, formerly living in Gary, IN. He was a Jehovah's Witness by faith. A loving and caring man, he enjoyed time with family and friends.
He is survived by his children: Teresa (Steve) Johnston, Longina (Ben) Sanchez, Elsa (Juan) Gutierrez, Eliseo Gloria, and Juanita (Luis) Canales.
Grandchildren: Ubaldo Zamarron III, Adrian Montalvo, Graciela Montalvo, Sean Johnston, Eliseo Javoni Weathers, Celisa, Emelie, and Corina Canales.
Great grandchildren: Marina Fitzgerald-Zamarron,Nathan Zamarron, Chance Arriaga
