It has been over a week since we lost Travis and I am still struggling with the words to speak about what he meant to me. He was one of my earliest and best friends and I will miss him dearly. Even though I will never admit to the things we pulled as kids, we shared some great times for sure. Anyone that knew Travis was lucky and he was a genuine amazing person. I regret that we did not speak much as we grew older, but he will always hold a special place in my heart. RIP my brother!

I was fortunate enough to know Travis from the age of nine or ten or so (long time ago). Life took us in different directions at around the age of fourteen or so. Over the last thirty years I have had times where I wondered what Travis is up to. So much so that many years ago I did look him up and gathered he was in the Tulsa area. Now, through his passing I have learned he actually moved back here and worked about two miles from my office. I will regret not knowing this sooner, as I read we share the same hobbies to this day. Reach out to your old friends and meet person! (even if it is to just say hello), you don't want to miss an opportunity like I did. Travis was honest and intelligent when I had the pleasure of really knowing him between 9-14 or so, and you cannot say that about many kids that age. This World lost a good one, but he and Krissy are together in a better place now watching over his family and friends. Prayers from me to Mr. and Mrs. Day, his whole family and his wife.
