Vincent Joseph Carr

He was born in St. Louis County, Missouri on January 23, 1931.

Vincent graduated from Austin High School, El Paso, Texas.

He was married to Patricia Ann Schaub on September 14, 1957 in Burbank, California.

Vincent worked with PPG Industries for 25 years and with Gulf Insurance (Travelers) for over 20 years as a computer/systems analyst.

As a young man, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus Squires.

Vince loved growing orchids and had a passion for listening to classical music.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; children, Joseph Carr, Thomas Carr, John Carr, his twin sister, Doreen Dillier, Therese Car, Mary Apel, and Elizabeth Brady; grandchildren, Joshua Brady, Jason Brady, Jeremy Brady, Amanda, Carr, Laura Carr, John Carr, Kalei Malczon Dorris, David Malczon, Johnathan Anderson, Patrick Anderson, Michaela Apel, Michael Apel and Catherine Dillier; and great-grandchildren, Michael Brady, Matthew Brady, Anthony Padron, and Ethan Padron.

A Rosary will be held at 9:30am on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (720 S. Floyd Rd, Richardson, TX 75080), with a Funeral Mass to follow at 10:00am. Interment will be at Calvary Hill Cemetery following the Mass.
