She was the daughter of the late Huerta Horne and Daisy Sandlin Horne.
Mrs. Jarman is survived by her husband of 67 years, James Jarman; two daughters, Debra Kaye Stevenson (Jerry) and Shari Rene Jarman; five grandchildren: Heather Stanley, Jay Stevenson, Jaime Chiuchiolo, Joshua Stevenson and Jared Stevenson; sixteen great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30am, Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at First Baptist Church in Richlands, NC with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Onslow Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
