Romlus M. Gibbs 78, of Richlands NC, died at Onslow Memorial Hospital Monday December 18, 2017

He served in the U.S. Army, and was a faithful member of Community Christian Church of Christ which he loved. He was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed

He was preceded in death by parents Mary Alice & Romlus Gibbs Sr.

He is survived by his wife Norma Gibbs of Richlands, his daughter Donna Williams, and Granddaughter Lynsay Williams of Raleigh. Two Sisters Barbara Blount and husband Dan, and Gloria Asbell and husband Seaton both of Virginia Beach. His Uncle, Jimmy Ray Gibbs of Chesapeake VA, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 1 PM at Community Christian Church of Christ on Saturday December 23, 2017 Daniel Davenport, and James Warren officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to Community Christian Church of Christ 222 Richlands Loop Rd. Richlands NC 28574

Norma and family, We are so sorry for the loss of Rom. He served well as an elder at South Mills church of Christ. He was a good friend to many in our congregation for many years.
