She was a member of the First Christian Church, Richlands. Also she was a member of the Ya-Ya Sisters where she held the position as Head Sister.
A Funeral Service will be held at the First Christian Church, Richlands on July 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Dr. Gary Edens officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
She is survived by her sons: Edward Allen Barbee of Richlands, Rusty Warren Taylor of Richlands; daughter: Karen Barbee Bristow of Richlands; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
