Mr. Banks was a member of Tuckahoe Christian Church.

A funeral service will be held at 6:30pm, Friday, March 4, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home, Richlands with Rev. Roger Banks officiating. Burial will be at 10:00AM, Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Onslow Memorial Park, Jacksonville.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Banks. Sons, Billy Banks and wife Alma of San Antonio,TX and Jeffery Brian Banks of Greenville, SC. Brothers, John Banks and wife Alice of Richlands, Allen Banks of Trenton, Lawrence Banks and wife Faye of Leland. Sister,Margie Garris of Trenton. One Grandchild, Mason Earl Banks.

The family will receive friends following the funeral service on Friday at the funeral home.
