The much loved Bret J. Chappell passed away peacefully on September 5th, at 10:40 pm at Sutter Hospital in Santa Rosa , surrounded by his close friends. Bret was attended to by the very competent ICU staff with compassion and care.
Bret touched everyone he met in life with an energy and presence unmatched by anyone. He lived his life to the fullest and left nothing on the table.
Bret is now with his dad Harold "Chap" Chappell and is survived by his mother Mary Kathryn Chappell, his sister Traci Hooker and nephews.
A date for his celebration of life will be announced in the coming weeks. Those that knew and loved him are encouraged to come share stories and memories of the One, the Only, "Chappy" aka "The High Chaparral. "
