Charla was a beautiful person, inside and out. She lit up the room when she smiled. She always made me laugh, helped me when I needed it, and was very giving. I will cherish my memories with her at FDA. Until we meet again Charla. XOXO

Charla:  a sweeter lady there never was.  She was always, always, always so upbeat and softspoken, and full of smiles.  It was always a joy to see her.  I hope to see her again one day.  All of us at FDA send our condolences to her family and friends.
