Josephine Hoag Chavez, age 99, of San Rafael, CA passed away July 30, 2014. She was born in Homestead, PA on May 2, 1915 and was married to Albert Hoag of San Rafael in 1935. Josephine had a passion for singing and dancing and love watching the Lawrence Welk Show. She is survived by her son, Albert Hoag of Orange City, FL and grandson, Michael Hoag of Norfolk, VA. Funeral service will be held at Keaton’s Mortuary, 1022 E St. San Rafael on Thursday, August 7 at 11 a.m.
