A Celebration of life for Tekela Andrea Carrigan will be held Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 11 :00 AM at Fuller Funerals Chapel, 3100 Cutting Blvd, Richmond, CA 94804. A graveside service will occur Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620.
