

Mr. Tiburcio "Bong" Carandang Magsino (beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend), age 85, of El Sobrante, California passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023, peacefully due to complications from COPD, kidney disease and heart failure.
Born and raised in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines by his parents, Tomas Magsino and Apolonia Carandang. He has five siblings and is the third oldest.
Bong graduated as a mechanical engineer at Feati University. In the Philippines, he worked at Ford and PhilJap. When he came to the United States, he worked in Ohio at Cuyahoga Steel & Wire. Upon relocating to California, he began working at the Campton Place Hotel in San Francisco. Following his retirement as an engineer, he worked at Walmart in Richmond, California.
Bong and his wife, Annie, have three children and three grandchildren. He is now reunited with his daughter, Sheila, who passed away in 1985.
Bong has always lit up every room that he walked into. His family and friends will always remember his generosity and compassion. He was very welcoming and enjoyed being surrounded by loved ones.
Although Bong will be missed, he lived a happy life. He had a lasting impact on every person that he met and we are honored to celebrate his life.
Two public viewings for Mr. Magsino will be held here at Fuller Funerals, as follows: Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Fuller Funerals, Inc, 3100 Cutting Blvd, Richmond, CA 94804 and, the 2nd viewing opportunity will occur on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A celebration of his life & legacy will occur on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 11:00 AM also here at our mortuary followed by a committal service at Rolling Hills Memorial Park Cemetery located at 4100 Hilltop Drive in Richmond, CA 94803.
