July 28, 1965 – June 18, 2026
Henry Memita Yagin was born on July 28, 1965, in the Philippines to the late Maximo Yagin and Benida Yagin. He was raised in Waipahu, Hawaii, built a loving home and raised his family in Rialto, California and Richmond, Texas. Then entered eternal rest on June 18, 2026, in Houston, Texas.
Henry was a devoted husband to Nida Yagin, a father to Desiree, Nia, and Dain, and a grandfather to his beloved granddaughter, Annaleia Faith. Above all, he loved his family and was proud of each of his children. One of his greatest joys was making his granddaughter, Annaleia Faith, laugh with his funny faces. He cherished long drives with Nida and enjoyed cooking their late night cravings.
He raised his family with love, home-cooked meals, and a lifelong passion for the Los Angeles Lakers—especially Kobe Bryant. A true jack of all trades (master of all) , Henry could always be counted on as the family’s mechanic, plumber, repairman, chef, and comedian. No matter the task, he was always willing to lend a helping hand and bring a smile to those around him.
Henry's memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
