RINALDI, Al, 90, passed away on April 20, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Rooks Rinaldi; his children, Bruce Rinaldi (Mary), Michele Wilson, Janette Morgan (Ken), Tina Lannon (Wayne); five grandchildren, one great- grandchild; and the mother of his children, Helen Rinaldi.
Al was in WWII during the Battle of the Bulge and a graduate of the University of Richmond. He was involved in teaching and coaching football for over 50 years.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016, from 4 to 6 p.m. and Sunday, April 24, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 25, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 9505 Gayton Rd., Henrico. Interment will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Highland Springs T.D. Booster Club.
