David joins his father, Albert Carter; sister, Shirley Carter; and great-niece, Amber, in Heaven.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Edith Carter; two sisters, Cathy Lewis ( Larry), and Lynne Plummer ( Donald); four nieces, Julie, Shirley ( Sean), Sabrina, Amanda ( Mike); two nephews, Andy (Jasmine), and Ben ( Karen); ten great-nieces; five great-nephews, and one great-great-niece.
He greatly enjoyed the company of family and friends. Music was his passion.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
