Ann C. Houston, "Sissy", 73, of Richmond, passed away on October 1, 2014. She is survived by her brother, Francis A. Houston and his wife Janice; her sister, Joyce H. Martin and her husband Robert; uncles, Lloyd Minter and Floyd Minter; niece, Sara Palmer; nephew, Jamie Houston and his wife Allison.
A Memorial service will be held at 1pm, on Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at the Parham Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N Parham Rd, Richmond. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
