Barbara Lynch, 76, of Richmond, died September 18, 2010. She was a retired employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and her last position was at the VA Outpatient Clinic in Knoxville, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her brother and sister, Rueban Lynch and Nannie Clary. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, W. Robert Wray; two sons and their wives, Ronald K. and Jill Wray of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and Stuart A. and Claire of St. Petersburg, Fla.; also four grandchildren, Adam, Joe, Nick and Samantha Wray, all of Oak Ridge, Tenn. Also surviving a sister-in-law, Lucille Lynch; a niece, Phyllis Collier; and nephews, J.W. Clary and Herbert Lynch.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 25, at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd., where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
