He touched many lives with his quick-witted humor and unwavering compassion for his family. Brian was born the youngest of four children to Donald and Marcella Curry in Pine Hill, New Jersey. After Brian graduated from Paul IV Highschool, he went on to attend Trenton State College where he was a standout wrestler. He then transferred to Virginia Commonwealth University where he received his Bachelor’s degree. After the family moved to Virginia, he met his wife Becky in 1996. Earlier this year, they celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. They were blessed with one beautiful daughter Carsyn. Brian worked tirelessly to make sure his family was taken care of and loved each day.
Brian was a huge sports enthusiast and loved the Philadelphia Eagles and the Virginia Tech Hokies where his daughter currently attends college. He had a great sense of humor and a special artistic talent, both in drawing and singing. Brian loved playing card games, traveling the world, and spending time with family. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends at the Manchester Moose lodge where you could find him singing karaoke and hosting his beloved bar bingo game called Bazingo! He was known as a gentle and reserved man while still being strong and protective. You could always count on Brian to help out whenever needed. His daughter meant more to him than anything in the entire world and was his pride and joy.
Left to treasure his memory are his mother, Marcella M. Curry; his wife, Rebecca (Becky) L. Curry; daughter Carsyn B. Curry; siblings, Denise C. Alderman (Gerry), and Donald E. Curry Jr. (Cherie): and many nieces and nephews. Brian was preceded in death by his father; Donald E. Curry Sr., and his brother, Maj. Timothy M. Curry (Karen).

We will miss Brian dearly but are so grateful for the time we spent with him. Today and forever he flies freely.
“They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.”
