LAMPHERE, Charles Burke, 76, of Richmond, Va., passed away, August 31, 2011. He is survived by his two children, Charles E. Lamphere and his wife, Becky, of Sandy Hook, Va., Sandra L. Ramatowski and her husband, Paul, of Richmond, Va.; one granddaughter, Hanna Lamphere; four grandsons, Andrew Welker, John Lamphere, Jesse Lamphere and Troy Lamphere. Funeral services will be private. Parham Chapel-Woody Funeral Home assisting family with arrangements.
