Charlotte Garrett Talley, age 84, of Richmond, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. Charlotte was born in Urbanna. She is the daughter of the late Charles and Myrtle Garrett. Charlotte is predeceased by her husband Francis Talley; her brother, Charles Garrett Jr. and half sister Elizabeth Johnston.
Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Nancy G. Brooks; her brother, Thomas A. Garrett (Marguerite); and a number of nieces, nephews and extended family.
A memorial service will occur Monday, August 28, 2023 2:00 PM at Woody Funeral Home-Parham.
