When I met Chris 10 years ago I knew right from the start that he would be a friend forever. We’ve shared those years watching our kids grow as well as ourselves. We’ve laughed, cried, dreamed, and dared but had always managed to stay in each others thoughts wherever our lives took us. He especially loved my couch for his drill weekends, which I looked forward to, as it was a time to catch up and see what we were both up to. Chris was there for me when I was sick and there to see my miracle recovery and joy. He was the friend I could always count on to uplift my spirits. Chris will be missed more than I can even say but knowing that I will see him again someday brings a smile to my face. More mischief awaits us...just in a more heavenly place. I will love him always, Elizabeth

Some of my best memories with Chris were when we both grew up together from our pre-teen years to young adults. Our houses shared the same back yard. I can remember him winning basketball games of H.O.R.S.E. in his backyard. He was so tall, I didn't stand a chance and couldn't get past "H". So many good fond memories when we were kids. Chris, you had such great parents and treated me as family. Through the years we went our separate directions in life and lost touch but I have an will always keep those memories with me. RIP big guy!!

My dear friend... we had no idea that when we saw each other last prior to your deployment that it would be the last time we would see each other on this Earth. Now that you have departed us, all I am filled with are the memories of our youth. Countless hours together staying over each other's houses. Your parents were my second parents and no doubt mine thought of you as another son. Baseball, football, basketball... and anything else we could think of filled our days. The trip I took with you and your parents to New York will always remain in my memory. Till we see each other again, my brother... and we will see each other again one day!! From this Navy vet to you Army man.... Hooah !!

Sgt. Pantos, it was an absolute honor serving with you in the 302nd. One of the most kind hearted people I've ever met. You helped my mom through some hard times, and I'm forever grateful for that. I hope you've finally found peace from this war we call life. 💕
