Debra A. Moore, 55, of Richmond died Thursday, December 5, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Burch, Jr. and she is survived by her husband of 30 years, Robert L. Moore; three children, John Van Lew (Tracie), Dana Freeman (Wade) and Adam L. Moore (Kelly); three grandchildren, Molly, John and Jackson; her mother, Joan Dotson; three brothers, Chuck Burch (Cindy), David Burch, Carlin Burch (Amy); a sister, Tammy Dulaney; and several nieces and nephews.
Debbie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd., where services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday. Entombment in Greenwood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross.
