Smith, Douglas D., 78, of Henrico, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gladys Fuller Smith; two daughters, Deborah Smith, Sandra Craig and her husband, Tommy; three grandchildren, Renee Rosser Atkinson and her husband, Grayson, Garrett Douglas Craig and Gillian Taylor Craig; as well as many friends, relatives and his faithful Boston Terrier, Nikki.
Mr. Smith was the owner of Air Metal Corporation, and a 54 year member of Westhampton Masonic Lodge #302 A.F. & A.M.
The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd., where a funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday. Interment, with Masonic Memorial Rites by Westhampton Lodge #302, in Westhampton Memorial Park.
