His survivors are mother, Gloria Hebel; Brother, Thomas Bromley; and Sister-in-law, Janet Bromley.
Mr. Bromley's interment is at Westhampton Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of Flowers, a contribution may be given in his memory to First Baptist Church of Richmond, Va.
A brief memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Richmond, VA on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 2:00p.m.
