White, Elsie Lee, departed this life on May 13, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thornton Edlow; son, Stuart Douglas; and grandson, Michael Stuart. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, James R., Sr. and wife, Karen; five grandchildren, James Jr., Christine, Shawn, Steven and Haley; and two great-grandsons, Jacob and Cannon. She was a long-time member of Ridge Baptist Church and a devoted care-giver to many children over the years.
