Fannie Mae Putney Boykin, 94, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013. She was a native of Cumberland County, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, J. Wesley Boykin; and her parents, Bessie and Marshall Putney. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy and Bette; her sister, Louise Belfield; and brother, Frank T. Putney. She was the loving grandmother of Casey James Boykin O'Dea, Brady Zizzo, Duggan O'Dea and James Wesley Kern; and great-grandmother to Wes and Annabelle Mae. She was a member of the DAR, P.E.O., and the Lee Society. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 25, 2013 at the Cedarfield Great Room, 2300 Cedarfield Parkway, Henrico, Virginia.
