JONES, Frances Latham, 99, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord, December 13, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, William D. "Dee" Jones Sr.,; son, William D. "Bill" Jones Jr.; son, David L. Jones Sr.; granddaughter, Elizabeth Carol Dhami and an exceptional niece, Patricia Ewing. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Edith Jones; grandchildren, Kim Whiteaker, and her husband Travis, William D. "Bill" Jones III and his wife Kris, David L. "D. L." Jones, and Christopher L. Jones and his wife Cindy, also seven great-grandchildren and a caring niece, Ann Atkinson and nephew, Jerry Jones. Mrs. Jones loved gardening and raising her orchids. The family will receive friends, Friday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Graveside services will be held Saturday, at 1 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
