YOST, Frances A., of Richmond, died February 12, 2014. Born in Halifax County, N.C. on September 27, 1918 to the late Charles G. and Emma L. Arrington. She was the widow of Russell L. Yost; and was also predeceased by her daughter, Martha J. Carneall; two brothers, Charles W. and John H. Arrington; and her sister, Irene A. Butts. She is survived by three sons, Richard A., Arthur P. and George W. Cullom; her sister, Sarah A. Allison; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Yost was retired from Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and a lifelong member a Ridge Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 21, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Ridge Baptist Church, with visitation one hour prior. Interment church cemetery.
