SENGER-MORGAN, Maxine E., 84, of Richmond, died Tuesday, November 5, 2013. She was the widow of Charles W. Senger and George A. Morgan. She retired from VEC after 30 years of service. She is survived by her daughter, Evelyn S. Stanley; and her devoted son-in-law, Jerry T. Stanley; two granddaughters, Christy S. Tilman and Leslie Zimmer-Austin; and five great-grandchildren, Kayla, Ciera, Zachary, Katia, and Nathan. Maxine was a member of Mechanicsville Baptist Church.
