Our intelligent, dedicated and non-confrontational friend and co-worker James will be greatly missed.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy. I worked with James a few years ago. I know he will be missed by all.

James was such a good man, and a joy to work with.  Sometimes I didn't even know he was in his office because he was a quiet, hard worker - his absence these past few months was difficult for all of us because we liked him and missed him so much.  I  respected James for many reasons, but above all because of his deep devotion to his family.  My condolences to the Dinh family for your profound loss.  He will be greatly missed.

Chu Duc was a great friend of the family. Words cannot express the sorrow I feel for his loss, and he will be sorely missed. He was always kind to me as a child, and supportive as I grew into adulthood. To the Dinh family, my sympathy for the loss of this great loving man.

To the Dinh family, I am very sorry for your loss.  I only worked with James a handful of times here at DEQ, but he was a good man and a joy to work with on those occassions.

To Kathy, Alex and family, Lois and I would like to express our deepest sympathy. James was one of the 'good guys'. Whether we were working and traveling together or just getting together with others at Big Al's after work, James was good to be around. He was a hard worker and an excellent ambassador for the workplace. He is missed.
