McHugh, James Anthony, 71, of Richmond, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2014. He was born in Louisville, KY to the late, Thomas L. and Margaret R. McHugh and was the widower of his Sue A. Whitehorne McHugh. He is survived by his children, Michael T. McHugh and Theresa McHugh Sharry (Russell); grandson, Mitchell T. Sharry; brother, Thomas V. McHugh (Janet) of MD; sister, Geraldine Brazzell of KY, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 11am in the Mausoleum Chapel of Westhampton Memorial Park, 10000 Patterson Ave., Richmond, Va. 23238.
