Jeanne Haymes Garland, 93, of Richmond, died Monday, April 15, 2013. She was the widow of Edward Carroll Garland, Jr. and was preceded in death by her parents and her son Edward (Ned) Carroll Garland III. She survived by her Grandchildren and many devoted friends. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Parham Chapel Woody Funeral Home.
