Jeffrey Anton Starke, age 76, died on Sunday February 12, 2023. Mr. Starke was a retired police officer with the City of Richmond and an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police, john Marshall Lodge 2. He was also a member of the Richmond Retired Police Officers' Association, the Richmond Association of Retired Employees and Manchester Moose Lodge 699.
Mr. Starke was educated in the Richmond City and Henrico County school systems as well as Virginia Commonwealth University.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Sylvia Starke, stepson; Travis Sale (Jennifer), grandchildren; Jeff Sale (Olivia), Parker Sale, great-grandson; Olafer Sale, Sister-in-laws'; Jeanette Whittaker (Dennis) Angie Perry, Terry Terry. Brother-in-law; Rickey Coe. With numerous cousins and family members.
In association with Jeffrey’s wishes a private service will be conducted at Westhampton Memorial Park, 10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238. Where internment will take place. The family has requested that flowers be omitted.
