On the evening of April 1st, we lost a truly fine person. A loving, dedicated wife, a great mother, a happy grandmother, a beautiful daughter, sister, and a devoted friend. Jill Kreis valiantly and courageously battled colorectal cancer for 15-months, but finally lost this fight after multiple surgeries and months of treatments. She leaves behind a legacy that cannot be duplicated. She displayed an attitude and approach to life that always focused on the bright side and positive results. Even in the face of tortuous pain, she maintained the smile that so many knew and loved, right until the very end. She never acknowledged or accepted the fact that she positively influenced so many people, some she never even met…maybe now she finally knows…
Jill is survived by her soul mate and husband Kerry, her two loving sons, Skyler (Ashley) and Zachary, and her 1st grandson and pride and joy, Brady.
We won’t say goodbye to Jill for now, we will only say “see you later” because life is good and we know that our separation is only temporary.
