John Patrick Gavin, 70, passed away on August 11, 2013; He was born to the late Michael Francis and Mary Ellen Gavin in County Mayo, Ireland on December 17, 1942 John was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lynne Marie Gavin in 2003. He is survived by his son and four daughters and twelve grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. at the Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Richmond, VA. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 10:00am with interment to follow at Westhampton Memorial Park.
