SEEBO, Joyce Blanchard, 73, of Richmond, passed away on March 8, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Chester and Helen Blanchard. Joyce was a needle work designer and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Glen Allen, Daughters of the American Revolution, Red Hat Society, W.P.S. group and the Women's Club. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bernard Seebo. Joyce is survived by her son, Michael Seebo and wife, Dian; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; her brother, Carlyle Blanchard and wife, Kathryn; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 10, 2012 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd., Richmond, Va. 23229, and funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with interment following at Westhampton Memorial Park.
