He is survived by his brother Jay Scott Robinson, Sr and wife Diana Newcomb Robinson, nephew Jay Robinson, Jr (wife Cassidy Attenweiler Robinson), and niece McKenzie Nicole Robinson.
Carter worked for Overnight Transportation (later UPS), and also owned his own business freight forwarding with Landstar. He enjoyed spending time with family including weekends on the Rappahannock River in Jamaica, Va. He was a loving brother and uncle, and caregiver to his mother and father during their times of need. Carter loved a party and leaves many memories with friends and family of his quick wit, intelligence, love for a laugh and caring heart. He will be dearly missed, and his departure leaves a huge hole in the hearts of many.
His family will host visitation Friday, Sept 20, from 5-8pm, and again Saturday, Sept 21, from 10 am to 11am. A Funeral will be held on sat/ Sept 21 at 11:00 am at Woody’s – 1771 N. Parham Road, followed by a brief graveside service at Noon at Westhampton Memorial Park, 10000 Patterson Ave, where he will be interred next to his parents.
