I met Julie on the tennis court at Courtside West. Wonderful player and person. Always had a smile. She will be missed by many. 🙏🏻

We are thinking of you, David. You lived next door to us in Windsor Place. Our son, Dave, used to watch you in the summer when Julie was at work. David used to work with Julie at Verizon. Every time we saw Julie she always had another story about your life's adventures. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Cherish your many memories of happy times with your Mom.

My sincere sympathy to David. I never met you but I enjoyed hearing about you through Julie. I met Julie at William and Mary. She was my big sister in our sorority, Phi Mu. I also worked at Verizon and so we saw each other through work after college. She brought energy to everything she was involved in and was so positive about life. Heaven has surely gained as we have suffered a loss.

We are thinking of you David; You were blessed to have such a sweet mother that cared for you dearly. She was also blessed to have an honorable son who loved and treasured her. You are a faithful example to all of us!
Praying for you & Cailee during this difficult time, Sincerely, Rick & Teresa Miller (Raleigh, NC)

At Verizon, we were all so saddened to hear of Julie's passing. We worked with her in Financial Planning and Analysis and then in the Pricing team.

She was such a positive, warm, wonderful person. The last time we spent time together was in Ashburn, VA. I don't recall what our business meetings were about, but do cherish a couple of casual dinners with Julie -- who was rightly bragging on her amazing son.

My thoughts and love are with you all in this time of grief.

First, my deepest sympathy to David and his family, and to her father and brothers.
Julie was one in a million. Her kindness, spunk, and quick smile will always be remembered.

Three years ago a group of Cave Spring alums had a reunion in NYC in honor of Julie and we all laughed and shared stories all weekend. She was such an inspiration to all of us.

She faced her diagnosis with dignity and grace and fought hard to overcome it. A woman of faith, she is now free of suffering and rests in the arms of God.
